Hi, all of your documents are on the Dial Direct portal. You need to search Dial Direct online and then set up your online account with your email, password and policy number which you will of had sent to you in an email. Do not think it is to much to do because it is very easy really, then you can download your policy documents at your leisure.

What do you mean " misfortune" it's a bit vague. I have insurance for my car with them and never had a problem

I don't know what you mean by "misfortune"? Very vague as previous person said. I have insurance with this company for both our cars and have done for a few years. I also had home contents insurance with them. The quotes are very reasonable. The RAC breakdown cover is invaluable and legal cover is included too. I don't ever just renew, I still shop around and then get Dial Direct to better the quote. You have to haggle. When I did claim in 2011 for an accident, it was straightforward and painless. I got a courtesy car no problem. The people I deal with at the call centre are very pleasant and professional, like with all people if you treat them nicely and not like dirt, then they'll be nice back! It is easy to log in to the account and we don't have huge wads of paper sent in the post.
