Hi purchased insurance with debenhams insurance last month. Every was perfect, went as smooth as could be. Yes you have to email proof of no claims but it ain't hard forwarding an email you receive from previous insurer. People make you think you should avoid this company!! However this company is saving you money!! I'm going to stick with this insurance for the years to come. No hassle, great great great. I have already recommended to colleges.

There isn't anything I did not like about the service, or the way you have to send things. These guys are really helpfull.
I rang a different insurer and the quires me £2000 for the year which is ludicrous!! I then explained to them that I had a quote from these guys (debenhams) which was in fact £348 for the year. The guy on the phone told me all about debenhams insurance and that the broker is southern rock and it's a fantastic price. He told me thathat he is actually insured with them. If I had any niggles which I did not, I'm pretty sure he would of ressured me.

I hope this can go on and help people purchase their insurance through debenhams!!!!
