June 2013, we had the misfortune to be involved in a accident, which wrote off our car. Nov 2013 - to this day the claim has not yet been resolved, even though we have asked the Ombudsman's help. Totally clueless to what's been going on - staff not forthcoming with information!
Meantime we've had to rent a car, which doesn't come cheap.
Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, hopefully if there are plenty of complaints they may be prevented from trading. Covea is made up of 3 companies Provident, Gateway Ins and MMA Ins
