I had an accident in a car park. The agent who took all the details was very helpful and understood what I was trying to relate.it appears that all paperwork was completed as we spoke and I was given clear and concise information .all of the questions were easy to relate to and I was put very much at my ease

The call was first answered by Legal and General who deal with all non faults for Onecall. The girl taking the call didn’t understand what I was explaining to her about my accident. She couldn’t picture it - so sketched it out, but still didn’t get it!! I was only supposed to be on the phone 40mins maximum, but 1 hour and 20 mins later - I was losing the will to live and she still didn’t get it. I don’t think she drives! So she had to pass me to Onecall to DB6. I told him again what happened and he gets it straight away and puts my mind at rest, I was getting a bit anxious before then. The accident wasn’t my fault, but the original call handler made me feel like it was my fault and I had done something very wrong! So instead of being depressed DB6 assured me the non-fault claim team would be in contact. He was polite and understanding, the only downside was being on the phone for 90 mins.

Friendly and calm service going through all the details thoroughly. Would recommend to family for this part of the service. Was kept waiting a while before being connected but understandable on Bank Holiday weekend. Overall very good service, and helpful follow up information.

In making a claim for an accident,(apart from the waiting time to get through to a handler!) I found the person very helpful and patient and took me through the lengthy process with calmness and consideration.

Had an accident today my first in 20 years, felt unbelievably upset and angry with myself but the claim handler I spoke to was very helpful and managed to put me at ease a little. Not happy that I have had to make a claim but sometimes things happen that we are unable to change. I was given all the information I needed to start the claim process by the claim handler.

Claim was dealt with to my satisfaction after a few grumbles from myself. I asked to speak to a manager because I was unhappy about the claims process not the person who was dealing with it and they obliged very quickly. They were very good when I was unhappy and they sorted it. Was on the phone a very long time in the end around 1.5hrs that was painful

My advisor dealt with the whole process in a professional manner giving relevant advice and explaining everything in a clear and concise manner. This is my 1st claim in over 20 years and he really helped.

Everything was handled well and was informative and helpful. Only criticism length of time too long on the phone over 60 mins in total.

The service was very good once I got hold of someone in customer care. There was a long period of time waiting on hold with some less than inspirational on hold music. Total call took in excess of 47 minutes of which less than 20 minutes was talking to an operative

I called to report a hit and run and spoke to a mn who was very helpful. He spoke in a very soft and calm voice asking questions and explaining to me why it was all relevant to my claim. He was very apologetic for putting me on hold while he looked into my claim and then confirmed that my claim was ok to go ahead and advised my next steps A very nice man and made my claim as easy as it could be
