Had a great experience today reporting an accident. The young man I dealt with was very professional and explained everything for me. He went through all the details and put me at ease immediately under a stressful circumstance. What was good to know was that it would be dealt with without disruption as this was not my fault and there would be minimum impact to me. Very helpful and I would definitely recommend.
