The operative was clear, efficient and understanding. The information was concise and informative. Revison of information was taken at my pace but on reflection I was not asked if there were any personal posessions in the vehicle at the time of theft and now I have to contact the company again to find out what to do about that, as there were personal posessions in my vehicle.
