THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.

I went to my local Axa car insurance shop, as I like to speak to humans.
As he was ok, a fairly nice bloke, I went for car ins with Axa.
He promised me the earth. He & Axa delivered nothing.

Was told when I get my letter of 'No claims' from old insurance company. Just drop it into the local shop, & he will issue my 'certificate of insurance'

I got my letter, from old insurance company, dropped it in, only to be told he could process that here, not what he told me, twat...!!
He had to send it away, weeks later I get a letter, from Axa saying that they will not accept my 'proof of no claims'

Spent days ringing & emailing old & new insurance companies, trying to get something, that Axa will accept.
I believe if you get the CEO from your old insurance company to fly over & call in Axa head office and sign an affidavit, in triplicate. They may accept that, other than that, nothing will do.

I wanted to cancel the car insurance, but have to pay £25.00 admin fee, & lose a month's cost as well, a lot of money. Even though I was still in the 14 day cooling off period.

DO NOT USE AXA, DO NOT TRUST THEM.

IF I KNEW A DECENT CAR INSURANCE COMPANY, FOR YOU TO GO TO, I WOULD TELL YOU, BUT THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF ...................................BEEEEEEEEEEEP...!!!
