I did not get a mail confirming my booking I had to ask for one the day before my pick up. Heathrow is a very big airport and I was told to go to terminal 1/2/3/ or 5 l went to terminal 1 where there was nobody on the desk and had to phone to be told to go to exit wait at no 2 stop a a coach would pick me up- after 15 mins off trying to find B/Stop No.2 I was then taken to outskirts of airport to pick up car and was told which ever terminal I went to the procedure was the same- by the way at this moment in time there is no terminal 2
