The customer service and general information given out is so appallingly terrible that after they give you wrong information they will never admit it and be completely rude to you in the process. All these Spanish car hire companies, you may get a cheap hire but if 1 thing goes wrong you will not only be hundreads or pounds out of pocket but you will be treated with absolute contempt and sheer rudeness. I’ve been stung so many times now I feel everyone should know how bad they are and how they have less than zero compassion, it’s like dealing with evil rubbish robots with no feelings or understanding of humanity. Just pay the bit extra to start and use a proper company rather than any of these. You have been warned
