Booked on line at 23:00 with 7 days to go and it was confirmed the next morning. No monies taken at point of booking. Arrived at Alicante airport on a delayed flight and was met by a friendly helpful representative with the car. Walk round check completed and given the return instructions and we were away in less than 10 mins from entering the arrivals hall. Everything was as stated on the website with no surprise extra fees.
One very minor improvement would have been to have had a simple tourist road map in the car. Not needed by us as we knew where we were going, but for first timers to the area it would have been helpful.
