This company has the most outrageous anti-consumer business practices and defraud ordinary travellers on a regular basis if they fail to buy the company's own insurance. In any other area of commerce there would be a complaints process and an Ombudsman But not here.

Why does CARTRAWLER continue to condone this type of unethical business standard?? Who is looking out for the consumer in all of this?? The Private Equity companies??
