I got a brand new Citroen C3, even though I booked (and paid for) a cheaper one. The car was very clean and comfortable. The reservation was easy (they send you an email verification almost immediately), as was the pick up/drop off and the payment. The price was more than fair (I was to drop off the car later than pick up and every other company I talked to, would charge me an extra day - Go Rent DID NOT) . No prepayment needed, no charge on your credit card (other companies do this as an insurance policy), no extra hidden charges. Manos was really polite and helpful every time I called. This car rental really upgraded my experience on the island and I would definatelly recommend it to everyone!

This rental company is amazing. I reserved my rental on line and they met us at the arrival area at the airport and walked us to our car with our luggage. They loaded the trunk, explained what we needed to know about the car, and gave us directions to our temporary home. The car we got was perfect for what we needed; small but with enough power to pass slow cars on hills and handled well. When we flew out they meet us at departures rather than us having to find our way through all the rental cars. The office was great and the service was phenomenal?

We got our car ( a brand new Seat Ibiza) directly at our hotel (a staff member came to deliver it), and for our return a week later, the agency staff member came again directly at the departure gate of the airport to keep the car . That was very convenient , and at no extra charge. The car was very clean. Exchanges with the agency have been alway reactive and easy. And furthermore, the price was a real bargain

The car, a kia picanto, was brought to me where i was staying overnight in heraklion by a friendly sir. I have dropped off the car in chania airport for a small extra fee. The car is small but it can bring you around the island. You ll notice many similar cars around. Totally recommend go rent a car as a trustworthy rental service.

We picked and dropped the car to the airport. There was a person there ready to take the car and to show us the car when we arrived. Car was clean and well mentained. I would add a phone support to the cars if possible. In rest everything was perfect. Also great price 288 payed cash for 7 days sedan car.

At first it was hard to find the correct location/person to pick up the car. They're waiting at the airport with a sign with your name on it but when we arrived it was very crowded; calling the number as given in the mail worked perfectly. Paying with cash gave 10% discount and no deposit was needed! Good value / price. Turning in the car was also easy; just park the car at the place where you picked it up and drop the keys in the 'papas' box there (altough I needed to call again since this was not communicated with us upfront, but once again, calling helped perfectly)

I was looking for a car ar Crete one day Before arrival in high season, so it was really challenging. I mailed and phoned dozens of rentals, Go Rent was not my first choice, but they responded quickly with an offer better than any other, so I saved more than 100 euro on 10 days rent.
