Manos waited for us at the airport, he carried our luggage to the car , gave us the car what we asked for (a Ford Fiesta -70.000 Km)clean and and with 1/4 tank fuel . It is not the newest year model but a good and working car that served our vacation,and we used it for about 800 KM. We had the best price for the period (04-14.09.2013) i.e 224 Eur for 10 days compared to other 6 rental companies I asked for prices also. We paid the car with the card directly at Manos,due to the fact that Heraklion airport does not have any ATM. We left the car vis-a-vis of the aiport. THanks again Manos for all! A very friendly representative (Manolis) waited for us at the airport, he carried our luggage to the car , gave us the car and after checking we found out that the air conditioning was defective . he immediately organized an alternative and while we waited for the new car (for a short time) he offerd us drinks. At the end we got an upgrade- a Ford Focus , instead of a Fiat Punto. Not the newest year model but a good and working car that served our vacation. Thanks

Smart rented for 10 days. We were met immediately near airport exit. After 10 minutes the car was already ours. At the car no complaints. According to the service. There was a problem, that we were not sure that the car we will be, since the letters with additional questions on your reservation no one answered. About adventures - when tire run flat we were provided with help on the phone explained how to fix it in SMART. Straight on the road for 10 minutes, we have done all this. After that we quickly reached the repair station where tire was repaired. Received the check and drove him to the nearest company office we got our money back. For everything about an hour, which is very good result. Gave back the car is also very good and fast. Just at the airport put into the parking and gave the keys. All very fast and convenient.

I'm travelling a lot around the globe. I really confirm, that this was the easiest car rental ever. Arriving at the airport, I was received by a Go Rent a car employee. I had to sign a one page contract, paid the appointed price and was taken to a very nearby parking lot. No credit card, no lines - no negative surprises at all. All that for the cheapest price I could find in Crete! Best experience was, when we asked to return the car one day later and change the return station from Chania to Heraklion. Although it was in the highest season and we came up very short with this, Manos organized everything just perfect, charging only the additional day for the same rate and without any extra charge! I already did recommed this company to a collegue and as long as Manos does his business like this, no crisis in Crete will stop this company from growing. Car very clean and in good condition. Friendly staff and clear condition. Second driver included in the price, a few company offer this condition with no fee. A free bus lead you from the parking to the airport (even if it's only two minutes walk). I send them an sms in the night and they answer me promptly. The web site is very clear and reflects the professionalism of the staff.
