Booked a 'Luxury' model to be delivered to my hotel at 9.30am, for a meeting with family 45mins away. At 10.15am I rang to see where it was? I fully understand GMT (Greek Maybe Time), and was told 15mins be with me.
11am rang... still no car. Told that he'd be there in 5mins.
My car eventually arrived at 11.30am... 2hrs late!
The car was filthy, mud splattered all over it. The wing mirror was hanging off. Dents/holes front and rear, and trim missing off the door. Service overdue showing on the dash, and fuel gauge on the red!
I rang to complain, and request a replacement.... which was not possible... offered 20 euro discount. Because of my appointment, l had no choice but to accept the car.... but never again with this company!
