Service,value and ease of booking was very good. Car although not new in good condition. A couple of things that could be improved on,tank near empty when you get it and we had the misfortune of the nearest petrol station being down. We then had to go out of our way to find petrol very late at night. Not the first worry you need when you arrive. If tank was full on picking up,that would have been an advantage. Also we had ordered a Ford Fiesta or similar and we got a Fiat Punto. Size was not a problem,but car was under powered and struggled going up hills. If the size of engine was mentioned beside choice of cars this may help with selection process.

Never been so simple to rent a car. I think is the best rental company that I could found in Crete. Besides is cheap, they wait for you in airport and the car is already prepared in front for you. Just put your bags inside, sign the papers and you're all set. On the return you only leave the car in the paid parking and leave the keys at the entrance. Everything is covered by the insurance. So if you don't want headaches, this is the right company

I hired a 7 seater vehicle for two families of four adults and two young children several weeks in advance. Fortunately, I was upgraded to a 9 seater fre of charge closer to the date which was a big help. The vehicle wasn't new but the zero excess gave me peace of mind. The vehicle drove well and without issue. If I visit Crete again, I would definitely use bookmycar.

After a very positive experience in 2013, we used the services of Travel Experience and BookMyCar.gr in 2015, and found that they were as good as ever. We have absolutely no complaint at all, and would recommend this rental company to our family and friends and to anyone else!

It's really easy to rent a car in this agency. The car was clean, with few km (about 50000km) . The meeting at the airport was very efficient. It took us about 10 mn to collect the keys. It was even faster returning the vehicule...we just left the keys at the office nearby Chania Airport. The weak point : our car (a Fiat Grande Punto) was sluggish time to time but it doesn't matter when you are on holidays and when the landscape is so gorgeous ! Best price I found on the web 10 days before renting the car in high season period.

After our flight was pushed up by 2 hours, we still have the BookMyCar rep waiting for us outside when we landed - took us to the car and explained everything. Car was in great condition, drove perfectly (we rented the smart car as it was the last cheapest automatic car left) and we had a spectacular time. Drove across half the island with it - no complaints at all! Totally trustworthy, and highly recommended!

Excellent service and very friendly. We were met by a rep at the airport, taken to our car just outside who ensured we understood everything before setting off, following his good directions. Very easy pick up and drop off. The car and it's engine were a little smaller than I expected but no problems - perhaps a good idea to book the next size up from what you think you might need. Good value and a lot cheaper than other car hire companies I checked. Get the all inclusive option for insurance. No hidden costs, I'd definitely recommend the firm and would use it again.

I have read some reviews and come accross BookMyCar references. I have ordered a car, got confirmation, before my arrival I was again asked for details of my flight. Upon my arrival there was a person waiting with a sign with my name, we proceeded to the car, which was already parked there. It was not exactly a type of a car I have ordered, but very similar class. The price was good, car clean, ready. When I returned the car, I just dropped it at the aiport, no checking, no issues, I left keys at the entrance to the parking and that was it. So I can really recommend this company.

I have used BookMyCar twice over two years, I had a car delivered to my hotel and have been met at the airport. On both occasions they have been helpful, reliable and cheap. No complaints here...

It wasn't easy find the place (or person) where we pick up the car but except that everything was perfect. Car was clean and works perfect. Nice person explained everything, all detail etc. Thanks for a good service!

Great service. I was picked up at the arrivals gate and taken to a clean well-running car. I used the car for 3 weeks and had no trouble at all with it. It was easy to return the car. Finally, the service was excellent in general. they remembered me from the previous year and all emails and personal interactions were pleasant and professional. I would recommend them with no hesitation and will use them again.

As I told the woman of the rental carpark of the Heraklion airport, my wife and I were very satisfied by the nice and relaxed way the car was delivered to us/we had to give it back, and also by the quality of the car. She answered that she wasn't surprised, because you're a good company - obviously, some good publicity had already been made before us!
