I am very pleased with my renting experience with Zoom. They picked me up at the airport at the exact time they said they would, and provided me with a brand new vehicle 1 size larger then I had rented for no extra charge.
I had it for 8 days and did not have an issue with it. Putting 2300km on the vehicle over my time in Ontario.

There were no hidden fees as mentioned in another review on this site. On arrival the desk clerk actually saved me more money. The staff was helpful and very accommodating. When I return in 3 weeks I will be renting from Zoom again.
It was my first time doing business with them, but it will not be the last.
