Deposit collected by YES Renta a Car representative when pick up the car was not returned to us after more than a month. They don't anwer emails and no customer service desk is available, they will meet you on the street and promise to return the deposit in 14 days.
Stay away from this people if you don't want trouble and your deposit money to be lost!

This happen to us too...
They just took our deposit money and stopped answering emails.
