“Very sketchy”

Very sketchy, e-mail confirmation doesn’t even have a location or pick up. And they are asking a review before services are provide for free cancelation shouldn’t be the other way around. This was about $25. Dls cheaper the other websites but at this point it is making me regret my decision of going cheap. Not always the best. Disappointed of my self for not doing more research before hand.

As Wisecars' is a car rental broker our main service is our online booking platform- that's why we ask for reviews after booking. “Leaving a review per ”

We recently rented with Wisecars for an impending vacation. All in all, their pricing was roughly 15% lower than the big companies, so we opted to take a chance on a new company we'd never heard of. Our trip doesn't happen for another two months, so I can't review the entire process; however, they grant free cancellation with a review, so I'm opting to write early in case I need to cancel. Their emails so far have been prompt and courteous, though not overly informative. I believe we'll be getting a car from one of the major vendors, but would love to know in advance who it will be. I'm optimistic that it will be successful, but can't recommend them as I haven't yet had my positive experience.

how about the rest of the story? booking is always the easiest part, who wouldn't make it easy to take your money?

How would we find out if there is a surcharge for a second driver, and because our ages are 65 and 67? The FAQ only says "may" and the response impacts whether to book here, or through another site where we know we will not be charged extra?

Why is the phone line immediately disconnects me or busy signal or an outgoing message that tells me to go to the website? When I do that, I am still not able to talk to anyone. Can anyone help?
