“No Refund”

I showed up on time to pick up my rental car. I had two different cards with more than enough money on them for the deposit and was rejected by wisecar. The cards were in my name. They didn't give me a refund of the nearly 300 that I paid for the car and they didn't give me the car. I followed up on it and are saying that I was a "No Show". I would not recommend going through wisecar and I will never do so again. I spent over an hour back and forth at the desk and got nothing but was not allowed to take the car I paid for at the end. The people at the desk were fine, but unhelpful. Granted, they were busy enough at the time.

It’s always hard to communicate from afar…….. we are in Australia and needed to switch our car drop off location. Marek was extremely helpful. He was a clear communicator and we didn’t have to wait long for our query to be resolved. We still have a fees weeks to go before we pick up our car so can’t write with regard the condition of the vehicle yet!

Dreadful. No car available upon collection despite booking - left high and dry at the airport. Took 2 weeks to obtain my refund after persuing it further through bank dispute. Kept being fobbed off by Wisecars. Avoid at all cost!

“DO NOT USE !!!!”

Had to change airplane ticket due to an emergency, Budget told me no problem for the refund. However, WISECARS WILL CRIMINALLY KEEP YOUR MONEY. First, they will send you to the company you rented the car from. After Budget told me to go back to Wisecars, customer service will read their 'voucher terms and conditions' when you call back. They will just keep your money and will not listen to anything you have to say. "Supervisors/managers cannot come to the phone..." DO NOT USE THEM. Just go direct and save yourself some headaches. Wish I saw all these negative reviews before I booked my car...

How would we find out if there is a surcharge for a second driver, and because our ages are 65 and 67? The FAQ only says "may" and the response impacts whether to book here, or through another site where we know we will not be charged extra?

Why is the phone line immediately disconnects me or busy signal or an outgoing message that tells me to go to the website? When I do that, I am still not able to talk to anyone. Can anyone help?
