My drivers license was taken at the airport and VIP would not change the rental name to my son with the SAME last name. They kept my entire prepaid $200 rental and I had to make a new reservation in my son’s name. They kept my $200!!! I even reported it to AX and VIP still contested it and kept my money!! Never again!
