I booked a car through VIP Cars for collection in Kraków. When my flights were changed affecting my trip I tried to use their online service to amend my booking a month before my rental started. The website did not let me do this so I emailed them and messaged them that I needed to make an amendment. They rang me and advised that they had spoken to the local agent and everything would be resolved upon arrival in Poland. I arrived later than the original booking to find that the local partner had not been contacted by VIP Cars and as I was a number of hours later than my original booking had given my car to someone else. It was late at night and I was traveling with children so I accepted a smaller car to enable us to get to our hotel and contacted VIP Cars to advise them of the problem. I was palmed off to multiple agents without anyone actually contacting the local agent to try and resolve the issue - dreadful and unhelpful with zero accountability with their staff and left with the wrong vehicle for our trip and paying for 5/6 days hire I don’t need
