fast, accurate & reliable

I'm traveling for business purposes often, therefore I have rented a car several times when I was in Bulgaria and overall experience exceeds by far the experience I have with international famous car-rental companies. Money/quality service rate is very good. I would say that most of the times you get service from well trained personnel. They are not very flexible but they are providing many information you'll get on the way traveling to the country. If there is something to complain about is the fuel smell in the cars (this happened in all of my rented cars from this company). Cars are very well cleaned but the silicone used to polish the dashboard has a terrible smell and long persistent. It's smelling as diesel fuel or naphtha kind of chemicals. I have tried to fix the issue by buying a car deodorant but I wasn't successful. What I wanted to say is that cars are rented to get drive and when spending hours inside the cars with such smell it's just terrible to breath. Overall positive experience by getting new cars as rentals gets spoiled by such small cleaning detail.
