I had arranged to rent a car from Montpellier airport for a week. My plans have had to change but my husband is keeping to the original dates. We wanted to transfer the booking to him. I contacted Customer Services to see if this was possible. It wasn't possible as you have to produce the original credit card used when collecting the car and, of course, the credit card is mine. However, the extremely friendly representative was happy to cancel my original booking and rebook with my husband's credit card details. AND there was no cancellation administration charge. How refreshing. I have always rated Sixt highly and this just goes to show that I was right to do so.
