Booking my rental car online was so straight forward and easy. When I got to milan airport the car company desk was very easy to locate. The avis representative who organized my rental was friendly and helpful and the car pick-up happened easily. There was damage to one of the lights that hadn't been picked up by Thrifty and when I pointed it out, the information was added to my documents without fuss. The car, a new WV Passat, was clean and comfortable and perfectly suited my needs. The return of the car was even easier so all in I'd be very happy to use this booking process again.many thanks.
