Avoid !
Avoid this company the manager/owner is rude who is only intrested in taking your money.
Broken or not working sound systems .. not state of the art as stated some poor led lighting that looks like a child put it up.
The routemaster turns up looking a state from the last party if turns up at all.
If you complian he will laugh at you down the phone, tell you see you in court, shout at you and belittle you. If you manage to speak to him and not get fobbed off.
He starts up different companies when they get too many bad reviews he changes the names.
The bus club , the routemaster bus company and now the bus party .
How he is able to get away with ripping off people is shocking . STAY AWAY FROM ALL THESE COMPANIES .

Never, never, never deal with this company.
The owner is manipulative, abusive, dishonest.
His attitude is UMBELIEVABLE.
He should not be allowed to be in business.
Find out for yourself, just call them up and ask to talk with the owner.
You will feel like you are on candid camera.
Wow. Avoid At All Costs
I’m not really sure where to begin. Without question, the owner is the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of being talked at over the phone. I was absolutely staggered at the way he spoke to me. After doing some Google research I found he was arrested for trying to make money from coaching 7 year olds football a few years ago – and it wasn’t a shock it is the sort of thing he would do.
The coach did arrive when it said, but by that time we’d already been threatened with multiple costs, so it certainly wasn’t a journey we were looking forward to. It turned up dirty, water all over the floor and the music system was patchy at best. We couldn’t wait to be off it.
Just wish I’d seen these reviews before. I’d actively go out of my way to recommend AGAINST using this company.

Worst Bus Company - Ruined Our Day
Do not use this company. They ruined our otherwise perfect Christening. As in the other review, prior to the day they were helpful. On the day, the bus turned up mislabeled for a wedding. We had paid extra to follow a specific route to show the kids the tourist sites of London. The driver had no idea where he was going and our thirty minute transfer ended up taking two hours. We saw none if the sites we planned. We were taken on a bizarre and entirely unnecessary tour of East London . We missed our lunch and everyone agreed this company should be avoided. Do not use them however helpful they seem on the phone beforehand.

Expensive, Stupid And Rude!!!
My husband and I hired this bus company for our wedding. They arrived at the incorrect time (even though they made us pay to bring the time 15 minutes forward)! After collecting and dropping off our guest at the reception venue, the bus driver did not wait for us to arrive to take photographs with it!! I was really upset about it because I thought they only leave after they receive the ok from one of us. Three days after the wedding, I called them, sent and email and no answer. Now I just managed to speak to a grumpy man who said he didn't care if we left a negative review and was not going to refund us from any of the loss in service they were to provide!! Really disappointed, do not book them!!!

After reading some of the negative reviews about this company I was fearing the worst. I hired the bus for my son's wedding on 6 September and the driver arrived on time at each location and was totally professional and very friendly. I have to admit that they completely exceeded my expectations and my guests thoroughly enjoyed the ride. Thank you so much.

For my daughter wedding I hired the above mention bus company to transport circa 50 guest to Isabella Plantation in Richmond Park from my home address, and to later take us all to the Steam Museum at Kew bridge for the reception. Bus was due to arrive at 1pm to depart for 1.30pm. When it hadn't arrived by 1.15pm nor had we been contacted, we rang the company who told us that they were on their way, but had a few pick up's to do first. This was never requested, as all guests had gathered outside my home. After 2 conversations with very rude staff, it became clear that we were dealing with a shamble of a company. I, the mother of the bride, had to jump in my own car to collect and escort the driver to my address as he could not find it. I was shocked to see the condition of both driver and bus. Driver was dressed in jeans and own dishevelled T-shirt, smoking a cigarette(not very weddingly). The bus was filthy, with windows that clearly had not been cleaned for a long period. Next problem was that he couldn't manoeuvre the vehicle round the side roads (other buses manage) so we all had to walk ( bride included) about 200meters to were he had parked up. Finally we were away 45 min late. Another extra 45 min delay in us getting to the venue was due to driver continuing missing turnings (although we tried giving him directions, which he ignored). That was the journey there, and we never imagined it could get worse upon return. We had paid £485 + an extra £100 to keep the bus an hour longer, until 6pm, as we had young children and grandparents (1wheelchair bound)who might slow us down in getting back to the car park. When we all had boarded the bus the driver told us that he had received a parking fine and we had to pay an extra £200 if he were to take us to the after party. Failing to produce this "fine" he backed down. Another 30-40min was spent negotiating with his boss on the phone, who after a tirade of verbal foul abuse, told the driver to take us as far as the nearest bus stop outside the gates of Richmond Park, but no further. There the engine was switched off and we were all told to get off. More pleading, negotiation etc followed. We even offered to pay an extra £100 in cash just to get us to our venue 15min drive up the road, this was refused. We were basically held to ransom on the bus on a very hot day. We then decided to call the police. We were given a crime ref and had to sit tight whilst waiting for them to arrive. The wait was going to be an estimated 50-60min. Upon hearing this, the driver ( who wanted to get home to Croydon) called his boss and it was decided that they would take us. We finally arrived at our destination (totally deflated) 2 hours late. Apart from the obvious trauma and upset, we also lost our deposit from hiring the bar staff as the beverage bill did not exceed predicted takings. This was mainly due to the fact that we 50+ people were stuck on a bus that refused to move.
Furthermore, first thing the next morning, the bride got an email informing her that they had taken (unauthorized) an extra £150 out of her bank account.

Worst Experience Ever - Do Not Use This Company
I booked a bus from this company to celebrate my 30th birthday. As previous comments express - the possible owner is the rudest most ill-mannered person I have ever had to deal with. They run an incredibly unprofessional business - the bus showed up late in a location different to the one agreed on and we were then charged an additional £150 for late departure! The music system did not work, they ruined what had otherwise been an amazing day and I cannot believe the amount of money I had to spend on such an unpleasant experience. I hope this company goes out of business.

Fantastic Day
What a wicked way to top off a Hen do!! Everyone loved it and we was partying with the music blaring such great fun and would definately use company again! Great value for money and staff were very helpful over the phones. The bride to be wants to use the bus again for the wedding to pick up and drop off the guests
