we had paid for our car in full for 3 nights-our flight was cancelled late at night so we were picking up the car 12 hours late and they said they couldn't move our booking and we'd lost our reservation even though I was prepared to pay the 3 day rental fee even though we'd now only have the car for 2 nights.i received $0 refund even though I didn't want to cancel just move it one day as it was within a 24hr pick up period they couldn't this.Terrible service and very unhelpful I would never recommend using this company
