RENTAL PLUS CAGLIARI AIRPORT

I rented a car from Rental Plus at Cagliaro Airport. I was not given the car of the category I asked for. After leaving I discovered that there was no wipewashing liquid, and it was raining.

At dropoff the employee adopted a very aggressive and inquisitive attitude. I had the feeling that instead of inspecting the car he was looking for extra costs to charge me for. Eventually he charged me Euros 300 for an invisible scratch of about 5 cms. Then he tried to convince me that the tank was no full, even though it was obviously full as the tank level needle indicated. I have a photo of this. When I raised my voice he gave up his attempt at charging extra costs for the gasoline.

For those of you who do not read Italian, please notice that there are plenty of reviews written by customers who have been charged by Rental Plus at different locations additional costs for non existing scratches.

PLEASE NO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS UNRELIABLE COMPANY.
