I arranged a one way car rental in Croatia from Dubrovnik to Split Airport. No one realised that we needed a Green Card (€30) to cross through Bosnia - or if we did it would be included. (The Dubrovnik area is detached from the rest of Croatia - how else do you get to Spilt?) The opening hours of the Dubrovnik office were wrongly put at 24hrs. Only by luck did we not incur an out of hours charge. The address for the drop off at Split Airport (correct) was put as the pick up point incorrect).
