Avoid Pandora!

We booked a car with Pandora 6 months ago and confirmed the arrangement shortly before we travelled. At the due time we waited outside our hotel in Dalyan with our suitcases but the car never arrived. When we eventually got through to Pandora all we got was a mumbled message that there was a problem and they couldn't deliver the car. After insisting that they should provide a car they said they would call me back in 5 minutes. They never did. I then tried to contact them again but they would not answer the phone. They had effectively left us stranded on a Turkish Bank Holiday with no alternative other than to try and find another available car. Thanks to the help of the hotel manager we eventually found a vehicle and left Dalyan 7 hours later than planned.

Pandora could have contacted us at any time as they had our contact details and also knew the hotel we were staying at but they never did. The very least they should have done was to try and help us find another car but they did not. Not even an apology, that is some customer service!

needless to say we will never use or recommend this firm again. We opened Pandora's Box and looked inside and found it was empty. My advice would be to avoid them at all costs and book with a reputable firm that can be relied upon. Appalling and not even worth one star!
