IzziRent hides behind the companies they work with. IzziRent refused to communicate terms and conditions at first with excuses like "read the other company´s terms and conditions, we are only a retailer in between". After a few writing requests, information started flowing slowly into my emails, mostly wrong and untrue I must say.
IzziRent rapidly got my money from my card and later on didn't want to be responsible for anything. They provided me with a voucher and a few vague conditions which had NOTHING to do with the retailer which rented the car.
When you get to pick your car, expect -not good- surprises to add to your holiday break. IzziRent confirmed in writing for some times that road assistance (which I needed for security as my holidays were mostly on the road) and other stuff such a not booking fee to be taken from my card. Sadly enough, that was not the truth, nothing of that was included.
IzziRent will not answer your questions as rapidly as you need, and will delay emails to reach the deadline for cancellation on bookings. They delayed some answers to me, and those provided were sometimes very vague, not getting to the point or taking up to 7 days to say something like "We will get back to you on that".
Result, I will contact my bank to try to get refunded the money I have paid for the booking.
