I arrived at Wroclaw and found the car waiting, but I was having issues with with my credit cards as they decided to restrict my usage for no reason. The supervising manager arrived to assist and speak to the HQ. He used his intelligance and we came to a solution were I could make a payment and receive the car. Without his grateful help I would have been stuck with no solution. I can only continually thank the gentleman for making the effort in solving the issue. Great job.
