Poor Service
We arrived in Burgas Airport and started looking for the office like it says in the website. We couldn't find any, no one was waiting for us. After few calls the agent appeared. The car was outside but it wasn't this car we had booked and it was dirty. Well, it's not the best start of the holiday, so i could not recommend it to a friend.
