Out for as much money as they can. We called in to say we would pick the car up four hours later. "No problem, sir. See you in the afternoon" they replied. Upon arrival we are told we are a 'no show' as we did not arrive within 3 hours of the start of rental. It turns out this is not even in their terms&Conditions (only found out later). They told us our car was gone and we could only get an upgrade. That involved paying three hundred euros extra. When handing the car back in, they claim the residu of beach sand in the rear floor mats is extremely difficult to clean. We get fined € 63,-. The car is signed off and we leave. A week later RentalCars notifies us Interrent added damages to the car. It turns out we scratched one wheel. We made pictures before and after rental. No scratch to be seen. As we had ional insurance with Interrent they ended up paying for it.
In short, a horrible experience. Unfriendly and basically out to maximise your bill as much as they can. Please avoid if you want to enjoy your holiday.
