Not enough staff. Take 40 mins to process each person. Waited an hour and a half. Staff v rude, aggressive and imply that you should take out insurance as no one around to check car out or in. I asked for them to check told no, and I would have to queue again to debate anything on the car. Queue even longer when I left. Didn't want to wait and waste my holiday in a hot office. No one around when check in so deliberately leaving customers at a disadvantage. Staff not interested in your own insurance start scaring everyone to take out more insurance. Really horrible staff who not incentived to provide good customer service. Staff arguing with customers demanding one guy paid more for his car as they didn't have his ordered card. Never use this company. Awful.
