for our trip I chose two cars with automatic transmission Citroen C4. On children's holidays we two couples from Russia with 6 children teenagers arrived at the airport of Milan. On arrival at the reception of rental cars was not our company, we called the phone listed in the voucher, but no one answered, the answering machine worked. It was 10 PM, everyone was tired and very nervous. Finally, after investigation, we found that our agent sends the Shuttle at the specified time, to a certain place 10 minutes from the airport. Finding the Shuttle and arrived at the office, we were very surprised that we were denied the issuance of the machine as we indicated the time of receipt of 12: 00 hours, and came 21: 00. according to the rules of the company, they wait 3 hours, then remove the reservation and do not return the money and do not offer other options. Angry we returned to the airport and took the car from the kind company locato, overpaying for the service.
