Upon returning the car to the returns desk there were no staff so I was unable to confirm that the car was returned undamaged. This is critical to a satisfied customer, if they try and claim there was damage it will be an issue. If they manned the desk it would have been agreed at the time that there was no damage.
The ladies at collection were every apologetic for the long wait (45 minutes) and were quick when I was eventually served.
