Hired 7 seat car which did turn out to have two small seats only suitable for young children but car had all the fruit sat nav etc. Hire process was simple paid extra foe diesel as an option and it paid for its self in savings. on return car was found to be damaged and the staff delt with the issue in a professional manner and did not charge full excess only down side was ticket machine in hotel wasnot working and the transit bus arrived and so had to payfor bus instead of claiming it back. Holiday inn made for a good point for drink and snack before heading out on journey to manchester overall good service and would happily use again
