I got tricked for a scratch on an alloy the same as hundreds of other people.
They parked a van right next to the vehicle when I was inspecting it so I couldn't get down the side, but told me it was undamaged because it was so new. When I took it back there was a small scratch on the front right alloy - apparently £150 worth of damage. Fortunately I had excess insurance (which I took out because I hadn't used Green Motion before). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They just charged me for "a scratch on an alloy" for 150 sterling. The photo sent across to me is of an old scratch with rust and dirt engrained on it - no way it was fresh! It was there for years. I am taking them to the small claims court.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
