I rented a Lanzarote and at pickup was charged 85 Euro for a fuel charge. Told to return the car with a full tank and they would refund the deposit. Only refunded 62 euro. Have been everywhere on their website and there are no emails to send a complaint to. Their online forms keep bugging with error messages about invalid emails, thus preventing you from any complaints. Good scheme. If no one can reach you then no-one can complain!
