Clerk in Malaga took a "deposit" and our credit card details and used our e-signature to sign us up for insurance we never agreed to and are claiming they will not pay the deposit back - even though that is what we were told we were paying.

This has just happened to us in Murcia! They put £307 on our credit card when we had our own insurance. They are claiming that they won’t refund it but I won’t give up.
Seems that they do it a lot! Good luck
