“Easy enough to confirm booking at airport. Car...”

Easy enough to confirm booking at airport. Car originally wasn't in right place in pickup area. Eventually found shabby, dirty car - marked on paper work as slight damage on front wing - LARGE bash on front wing. Walked round car to inspect, as we were instructed to do. Saw broken rear fog light so refused to move car until someone came inspected damage and marked on damage report. Took best part of an hour. No one wanted to know! Finally, Goldcar employee then marked and signed damage report.
A week later we are notified that they have charged us 100 Euros for said broken fog light.
Absolute nightmare - will not use again.
