We booked online through their website for a car from the airport, returning to their office by the port. When we arrived at the airport they told us actually their port office would be closed that day. I had to spend €4.20 on a phone call to sort out a refund and make a new booking at a higher price. The woman on the phone said it was a non-refundable booking although it was their fault. Finally we got the refund but I had to be very firm.
