My car hire started well, lady at the counter very helpful so I thought everything is going to be ok.
She offered me an upgrade because they did not have the car I ordered, also gave me the choice of manuel/automatic and emphazised that it will be at the same cost to me.
I took the upgrade gladly, then she took a deposit and I went away quite happy with her service (still think she is an asset to that company)
I returned the car in exactly the same stated as I took it and compliied with was required frm me according to contrat, but when they reimbursed the deposit it was short of the original figure.
Despite phone calls, making a complain through their webpage they do not reply and trying to get in touch again is almost impossible.
So, for a car hire that started so well it ended in a case that I will not use then again and neither will recommend anybody to use it.
