I hired a car from Tenerife South airport and was told I'd need to give a £1400 deposit which was taken out of my account,on returning to the uk and checking my bank statements they had only returned £1275 and didn't reply to any emails.
my brother inlaw also had £100 taken off his credit without his consent and with no explanation of why.all in all a truly awful experience
