appalling in every way.

paid £109 through expedia - total cost/no hidden charges/etc - great! looking forward to my trip been a stressful year!

get to airport - oh what a shock 20 deep que and people shouting and ranting at the staff - every single person was complaining about the insurance scheme- booking sites like expedia give a price - gold car undercut everyone then rack the charges up when your tired on holiday and want to just get to your hotel. disgusting company.

expedia price £109 - charged so far - £353. they charged £120 for fuel ? 4x the actual cost of filling it up as i filled it 5 times while i was away cost 29 euros from nearly empty! 3 weeks after i returned the car i still have not received then 120 euros - which apparantly also has an admin fee removed from it. I am a well seasoned traveller and travel 5 times a year renting cars worldwide - i honestly have never experienced a worse company - can only assume The spanish government lets them operate as i think they would be closed down in UK? and the fact the booking agents like expedia etc just know whats going on and take no responsibility for it is a disgrace also. I am now taking this further as i am sick of them getting away with blatant robbery
