In August I hired a car for 1 week, returned as normal, I was later charged 25 Euro for cleaning, we do not eat in the car or smoke, I filled in their system to open a case, chased 3 times for a response NO REPLY
I October I hired a car for 10 day, 1 week after returning home was charged 250 EURO for damage. Again I opened a case stating there was no additional damage, they sent me photo showing no damage, have chased 2 times for this and will continue, they have started to cheat customers
And when I collected the keys at the airport I was charged an ADDITIONAL 8% for premium pickup location, no warning, never been charged this before

Dear client,

Not returning the vehicle in the same conditions as those in which it was delivered may result in additional charges. Return the vehicle in an inadequate state can generate extra costs for extra cleaning services.

As for the damages, please note that in order to pick up a car it is compulsory to block a deposit on a valid credit card. Our staff will always inspect the cars after each use and will mark the damages on the check-out sheet, however, we always ask customers to double check this since the cars can receive damage during their stay in the parking lot. This way both parties are aware of the damage that the car has on it before departing. On return, if our agents find damages that were not marked, they proceed to investigate and if it's considered that it occurred during this rental period, the customer will be charged for it.

We hope that you were able to claim that damage from your insurance company.
