We booked 2 cars for pick up and return in Koh Samui - Thailand.
As required we paid deposits to confirm bookings. Our two bookings had different collection dates and same return dates. Subsequently we pre-paid balances for all bookings costs and received confirmation and rental vouchers.
On the day prior to departures we received messages regarding both bookings which stated that the rental company (National) would not accept our pre-paid bookings and therefore we would have to pay again at the airport. We were promised that the monied already paid would be refunded immediately.
WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUNDS AND FASTCARHIRE HAVE IGNORED ALL OUR MESSAGES AND EMAILS. I HAVE NOW DISCOVERED THAT THIS IS A REGULAR PRACTICE WITH THIS ORGANISATION
