“Poor customer service”

The rental was fine. While returning the car, a small chip was noticed on the front rim. The chip was the size of a two pence. I was advised that there may be a small fee for repair. I received a charge of 100EUR for this chip, even though I paid extra for the insurance. My fault for not knowing that wheels are not included. 100EUR seems excessive for a small chip and Europcar saying the wheel needed to be replaced. I was provided an invoice or explanation until my I disputed the charge.
