Terrible service, no interest in the customer. Check engine light came on, no one interested in making sure the car was ok despite having to drive on motorways with two small children, which wouldn't be the best place to have a breakdown. Uninterested service. Told me to check around local Europecar branches myself to see if anyone was interested in changing the car for a different on. On a weekend... Poor.
