Absolutely disgusting- returned hire car to Newcastle Airport , inspected by employee on forecourt no damage then they charge you £1000 claiming there was damage- no proof, no communication! Do not hire with Enterprise.

I have received now after a lot of complaining £900 back and that they have kept £100 for miscellaneous damages, which still have not been communicated to me and they will not disclose, probably because they did not occur! I do not have the energy or need the stress to pursue the £100. I’ve just decided to write it off as a bad experience. But will never use Enterprise again and also will continue to advise others not to do so.
